Update Feb 22, 2024: Sony announced they will be adding PC support for their headset soon and the PSVR2 will be compatible with PC by the end of the year. Until this capability is live, the following solutions are what we’re stuck with.
Sony doesn’t make it easy to watch VR porn on the Playstation 5. But my goal is to simplify the process as much as possible for everyone. The PSVR 2 is one of the best VR headsets on the market and it’d be a shame if we couldn’t enjoy VR hentai with it.
How to watch VR porn on the PSVR 2?
You’re gonna have to sideload. In other words, you’re gonna have to download your videos to a separate device and then import them to your PS5. I’m not gonna sugar coat it. Sideloading sucks. Especially since the only app that sideloads to PSVR right now costs $5 per month. I promise I’ll update this guide if/when a better way to sideload emerges. Until then, this is the only reliable way. Note: There is an experimental solution for streaming that I included at the bottom of this article but it’s much less reliable.
Here’s what you need to get started sideloading VR porn to the PS5
- The RAD app
- Some VR porn videos
- A flash drive
Once you have the 3 prerequisites above, take the following steps
Download and install the RAD app on your Playstation 5
- Go to your PS5 home screen
- Launch the app store
- Search for “Rad”
- Install the app
Download some VR porn videos to your laptop or desktop
- Go to VRPorn.com
- Create a free account
- Download some videos
Transfer the VR porn videos from your computer to your flash drive
- Create a folder on your flash drive called “Littlstar” (make sure the folder name matches exactly)
- Drag and drop the videos into the folder you just created on the flash drive
- Remove the flash drive from your computer
- Plug the flash drive into the USB port of your PS5
Launch the RAD app on your PS5
- Go back to your PS5 and launch the RAD app
- Navigate to the “Library” section found along the bottom of the app interface
- Open the Littlstar folder containing your VR porn videos
- Click on any video to play

PS5 VR Porn Troubleshooting
The RAD app is notoriously picky when it comes to video file names. If your videos aren’t showing up in the RAD library check the following
- Make sure the video file names are all lowercase. Video files won’t load if the video’s format extension have capitalization (for example use “.mp4”, NOT “.MP4”)
- Videos should not contain “sbs,” “ou,” or any of the other phrases above unless they are intended to let the player know which type of video it should try and render.
- If you are formatting your drive on macOS, you will need to enable Master Boot Record (MBR), otherwise, your videos may not show up.
- Sometimes formatting your drive on macOS can cause duplicate files on the application, this is a hidden metafile generated by macOS that ends up being recognized by the PS4. One of these is the actual video and can be played back where the other is not and will not load.
- Make sure the USB drive is inserted into the PS5 before you start the RAD app
- Make sure you only have one USB drive inserted at a time
Note: It may be possible to avoid sideloading if you have a PC that’s connected to the same network as your PS5. The solution involves a new feature of the RAD app called Windows Media Share. I can’t personally vouch for this approach as I’ve never tried it but some redditor claims it worked for him. Here’s a guide he shared on the r/psvr subreddit.
How to Stream VR Porn to PS5
The PS5 doesn’t have a built in web browser. This makes it difficult to stream VR porn on the PSVR 2. There is a workaround, but it takes some time to set up. The workaround involves using your PSVR 5 headset to log into your Twitter account and then visiting a VR porn website from a Twitter link. Note: If you have a friend who’s willing to send you a link in the PS5 chat then you can click that link to visit a website as well allowing you to avoid the whole Twitter process.
Here are the exact steps for streaming VR porn on the PSVR 2
- Boot your PS5 and navigate to the following settings > users and accounts > link with other services > twitter > link account
- A window will pop up asking for your authorization
- Click on the Twitter logo at the top of the screen below the address bar
- Sign into your Twitter account
- From there, navigate to the Twitter profile of any VR porn website (For example VRPorn.com)
- Click on the site URL in the Twitter profile to go to the actual website and then click on any video to play.

Why Does Sony Make It So Difficult to Watch VR Porn on the PSVR2?
The PSVR 2 is a great VR headset. It’s frustrating to see Sony take a step backward when it comes to openness on their platform. Why Sony makes it so difficult for adults to use the device as they see fit is unclear. Hopefully the system will open up in the coming months and I’ll have some good news to add to this article. Until then, these workarounds are the only solutions available.
